Tori Lane is a professional body piercer with a passion for her trade, but her tattoos and lifestyle reflect much more than the typical 23 year old. The deep South of Mobile, Alabama, was where Tori was born, being the oldest of 5 children she competed in beauty pageants winning crown after crown until she was a teenager. When she was 13 years old she did a research paper on body modification, leading to her first piercing, the pain, thrill, and decoration, left her wanting more. At 18 Tori was given the opportunity to apprentice in a local shop, her apprenticeship was less than formal and pushed her to learn better piercing techniques, and sterilization procedures. After working in multiple tattoo shops, Tori accumulated quite the collection of tattoos and piercings, which helped her succeed in the Alternative modeling industry. She has worked with many amazing photographers over the years and has been featured in over a dozen magazines. Tori also works part time as a photographer and makeup artist for Xindi Pictures, a company specializing in Pinup and alternative photography. Tori is now a part of the Royal Street Tattoo family and looks forward to growing old with some of the best artist in the business.
